02what we make
Five formats. One job between them: get a complicated thing across to somebody who has ten minutes.
Every format is built from the same raw material you already have: documents, a data room, a transcript, a conversation. Prices are from-prices and they hold.
Investor and board decks
Structure, narrative, design and artwork, built from what you have. Native PowerPoint you can edit yourself, plus a PDF.
Interactive pages
A scroll-driven page that reveals an argument in the order you want it read. Hosted, handed over, yours.
Tender and proposal documents
The returnable filled in place, the response written to the evaluation criteria, and a document that survives a procurement reader.
Short films
Sixty to ninety seconds, custom artwork, motion, sound. The version people actually watch to the end.
Explainers and diagrams
A process, a model or a policy drawn so the mechanism is visible. Diagrams that show how the thing works.
Something between these
Most briefs are a deck that wants to be a page, or a report that wants to be a film. Start the brief and the format falls out of the answers.
03a specialism
Making AI concepts legible.
Most explanations of an AI product are written by the people who built it, for people who already understand it. The room it has to convince is a board, a regulator or a floor of staff, and none of them has the vocabulary yet.
We take the model, the pipeline or the policy and build something a non-technical room can hold for the twenty minutes they have with it: diagrams that show the actual mechanism, a film that runs the process end to end, a page they can scroll at their own pace.
04how it works
Ten working days is the standard turnaround.
Rush work inside a week is priced rather than refused. You get a range and a date before anyone speaks to anyone.
step one · brief
Nine questions
About ninety seconds. The questions do real work: one of them asks where the reader will be sitting when they read it, because a document read in a room and a document read alone are built differently. You get a price range and a date at the end.
step two · build
We work from your raw material
Documents, a data room, a transcript, a recorded conversation. Nothing needs to be tidy first. First draft inside five working days, then one round of revisions against your notes.
step three · delivered
Native files, yours to edit
Decks as editable PowerPoint on your own template, pages hosted and handed over with the source, films as a master plus the cuts you asked for. No proprietary format, no lock-in.
05the work
Every week we take a public pitch deck apart and rebuild three slides of it.
Published decks, named sources, our own rebuilds. It is the closest thing to watching us work before you hire us.
One of three slides rebuilt in the Airbnb teardown. Every figure was read off the published slides and re-checked by hand.

The deck everyone copies, and the thing they copy wrong
Its numbers form one continuous chain: each figure is the input to the next. Almost nobody who copies the eleven-slide shape copies that, and the chain is what did the work.

Twenty-five slides, no business model, no team slide, no ask
Everything the advice forbids, in the same year as Airbnb, and it raised. Which means the rules are not what did the work. Something else did.

What moves a price inside a band: length, how much raw material exists, whether there is a brand to hold to, and the date. The brief prices your job live at the end.
